Try these checks first.
I cannot find a calendar link
Open the provider guide for the service your organization uses. Look for Subscribe, Export, iCal, Calendar Feed, or Calendar Sync in that service.
My calendar stopped refreshing
Some providers rotate or expire links. Copy a fresh subscription or iCal link from the source service. In UpNext Settings, remove the expired calendar before adding the fresh link.
Apple Calendar does not show a calendar
Confirm that the calendar is visible in Apple Calendar and contains upcoming or recent events. Return to UpNext and refresh Apple Calendars.
I found the Apple Calendar, but I am not sure which one to confirm
Use the search field to find the calendar by name. UpNext groups calendars by account or source and shows the upcoming-event count, so you can confirm the intended calendar before importing it. Calendars marked as found on this iPhone are still Apple Calendars; check the account and source shown on the row before confirming.
I bought Family Unlock on another device
Open Settings, choose Family Unlock, and restore the purchase with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings and choose Delete all local data. This removes the family data stored by UpNext on that device.
